Municipal Institutions and Enterprises
Municipal enterprises of the local self-government body of the Kara-Zhygach rural area participate in the provision of public utility and infrastructure services required for the daily life of the local community, maintain municipal infrastructure and carry out certain tasks of local significance.

Main Areas of Activity and Service Delivery
The enterprise's main economic activity indicated in its state registration documents is related to the collection, treatment and distribution of water. In addition, within the scope of its charter, decisions of the local self-government body and municipal assignments, the enterprise may participate in other public utility and infrastructure works of local significance.
Drinking Water Supply
Maintenance of water supply networks, water supply facilities and related engineering infrastructure, participation in the elimination of emergency situations, and implementation of works aimed at ensuring a stable water supply for residents.
Irrigation Water and Irrigation Systems
Participation in the operation and maintenance of irrigation water systems, aryks, canals and other hydraulic infrastructure required to supply irrigation water within the territory.
Household Waste Collection and Removal
Organization and performance of work related to the collection of solid household waste, its removal from designated locations, maintenance of sanitary cleanliness and participation in local waste management activities.
Maintenance of Internal Municipal Roads
Routine maintenance of internal roads in settlements, participation in road surface restoration, minor repair works and maintenance of municipal roads in a condition suitable for safe and regular use.
Public Area Improvement and Sanitary Cleaning
Sanitary cleaning of public areas, improvement and landscaping, maintenance of common spaces and other works aimed at improving the sanitary condition of the Kara-Zhygach rural area.
Engineering and Public Utility Infrastructure
Maintenance of public utility facilities, engineering networks and other municipal infrastructure under the responsibility of the local self-government body.
Emergency and Operational Works
Participation in eliminating emergencies affecting water supply networks, municipal infrastructure and other facilities, including temporary restoration and urgent technical works.
Other Services of Local Significance
Performance of other municipal works and services aimed at supporting the daily functioning of the local community, in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the enterprise's charter and decisions of the local self-government body.
